Sacramento - Donate Life Ambassador Meetings are held at the *Golden State Donor Services Office from:

  • Directions: 1760 Creekside Oaks Drive, Suite 220, Sacramento CA 95833 - Take I-5 and exit at Garden Highway. Head East on Garden Highway. Left onto Natomas Park Drive. Right onto Capitol Park Drive. First right on Creekside Oaks Drive into the parking lot.
