Bequests
A charitable bequest is contained within a will or trust and designates a
specific asset, a dollar amount or a percentage of your estate go to a
specified charitable organization, such as, SDS. For your convenience
here is sample language for charitable bequests:

I give to Sierra Donor Services, (EIN: 58-1990866), a non-profit corporation, the following money or property:

pursuant to the terms of the Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws of

Be used for such charitable purpose of Sierra Donor Services as the agency may from time to time determine;
